Our project-management practice runs the full coordination, control, and reporting layer on construction projects — whether NMD is the contractor or whether we're appointed as PMC on someone else's job.

We build a master programme at kick-off, hold weekly site meetings, and publish progress against plan in a format the owner can read at a glance. Cost is tracked against budget with monthly forecasts.

Quality assurance plans are built before site work starts and audited through delivery. Issues are surfaced early; risk and change management are explicit, not reactive.

Stakeholder coordination — owner, consultant, contractors, subcontractors, authorities — is a discipline in itself. We hold the meetings, write the minutes, and chase the actions until they're closed.
