Our finishing practice closes the build — from substrate preparation through every visible surface in and on the building. We deliver finishing packages on new construction and as standalone fit-out work.
We work with carefully selected materials: tiling, marble and wood flooring, gypsum and suspended ceilings, joinery, and high-performance external cladding. Material selection is collaborative — you get options, samples, and clear cost trade-offs.
Detailing is where finishing succeeds or fails. Our crews are trained on edge work, alignment, level tolerance, and joint discipline — the small things that decide how a building looks five years after handover.
We coordinate with consultants and electrical/mechanical sub-trades to make sure outlets, fixtures, and ducts land correctly on finish lines. Every package is signed off against a documented snag list before handover.
