Our MEP practice delivers the full mechanical, electrical, and plumbing scope on residential and commercial projects. We design, install, and commission the systems that make a building actually work.
Electrical scope covers main distribution boards, sub-distribution, lighting design, low-voltage networks, and emergency power. HVAC is sized and zoned to building use, with split, packaged, or VRF systems as the project warrants.
Plumbing and drainage are coordinated against floor plans early, so chases and risers land cleanly. Fire-protection systems are designed to current Saudi Civil Defence requirements and inspected through commissioning.
We coordinate every MEP package against the structural and finishing programmes, and hand over with as-built drawings and operations & maintenance documentation.
