Our construction practice covers the full structural and envelope build — from site preparation and foundations through to roof completion and façade close-out. Every project is delivered against approved drawings, agreed specifications, and a tight programme.
We work primarily on residential blocks and commercial buildings, with deep experience in multi-unit residential projects across Madinah and the wider Kingdom. Concrete works, masonry, and steel are managed by trained crews under direct site supervision.
Quality is built in, not inspected later. Every pour, every wall, and every connection passes documented checks before the next stage begins. We give project owners weekly progress visibility and clear escalation paths if anything moves off-plan.
We work in full compliance with the Saudi Building Code (SBC) and Ministry approvals, and coordinate closely with consultants, MEP subcontractors, and inspectors throughout.
